This mean you may be called upon to vote in the Electoral College in the event we win your State's popular vote. It is on a first come, first serve basis now, but we definitely need more electors all over the US! It is not a binding contract, it is just part of the requirements to make this race official. You may be asked to fill out a form and file some paperwork with your state. You may also have the opportunity to vote in the Electoral College.
