Check this out: Section 1112 of H.R.1 http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/F?c111:14:./temp/~c111mNDcMJ:e1...The House Required Blagojevich to be ousted for Illinois to receive any money! No wonder it was an unanimous vote to oust him!
By the way, it sets aside $225 million just for Inspectors General and The GAO. (Sections 1107 and 1108).
I haven't seen the actual Senate Bill, except the "reading of the bill" at http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c111:S.1: Can't wait to read that one. Read the bills and tell us what you think.
Glad to see you made into Ning Jeeyum.
Perhaps it is to late to read the bills that Congress has passed. However, it is a good idea to look over the ones that are being considered. Then, if you disagree with a bill of a portion of a bill, you can tell you Senators and Representatives to vote No on it. A great place to look at bills is http://www.opencongress.org/ where you can comment on specific sections of the bill.
