Lowering Costs of Living + Living Wage Jobs
We believe in living wage jobs, as well as lowering the cost of living. Therefore, we believe in Federal rent control, and a Fixed Limit to Mortgage rates. Plus, we would like to see a 12 month moratorium on foreclosures, where people could skip up to 12 payments (these would be added to the back end of their mortgage). We also believe in providing

People would be able to meet all their needs with the wages they take home. Working less allow people to spend more time with their families and improve their enjoyment of life.
